I grabbed the Stamina 1350 Magnetic Resistance Recumbent Bike as a cheaper alternative to the more expensive models out there. The price as well as the features are the exact things I'm looking for in a recumbent exercise bike. Looking at how it performed for the past couple of months, I can confidently say that I couldn't be happier with the purchase.

To put things simply, this bike works almost perfectly. Using it is comfortable, quiet, and the large digital monitor is excellent - telling you all of the stats in one push of a button. HOWEVER, at first, I got a factory dud. The digital monitor stopped working after a couple of exercises and routines.

I tried to reset it and get it to work BUT to no avail. As a solution, I decided to call up Stamina and talk to them. The customer service guy is very nice. In the end, I had to send the Stamina 1350 Magnetic Resistance Recumbent Bike back and get a replacement.

The delivery of the replacement is prompt!

Now, my recumbent exercise bike is working exactly how it should be. Factory duds are common. Nothing's perfect after all. I think it would be unfair to give the Stamina 1350 Magnetic Resistance Recumbent Bike a 2 star rating when it really works great once you get the proper replacement.

I don't know if others have this digital monitor problem. BUT I could care less about it. Mine's working perfectly now. I'm off to my Stamina 1350 Magnetic Resistance Recumbent Bike and exercise!
