Before buying this recumbent exercise bike, I did a lot of research about it. And I must say that all the work has paid off. I have been using the Schwinn 240 Recumbent Exercise Bike for about 10 days now and I'm VERY impressed and pleased with it.

The resistance give you a tougher (BUT not too tough) exercise when moving up the scale. The bike has this solid and well built feel to it...I'm expecting it to last for many years to come.

Some notes: The bike parts I got have a certain cable reversed (which is NOT interchangeable and doesn't have the same configuration). I was NOT able to connect it until I removed the cable and reversed it. No biggie, BUT that's something you need to keep an eye on.
