Schwinn 220 Recumbent Exercise Bike - My Experience
Piecing the parts of the Schwinn 220 Recumbent Exercise Bike is pretty easy and straightforward. Even if I was interrupted by my neighbor's while I'm assembling it, it took me only an hour doing the whole thing alone.

I have been using the Schwinn 220 Recumbent Exercise Bike for about a month now, and I' really impressed about how silent the bike is. I really wish that continues. As for the resistance and intensity, by default, the bike starts at intensity level 3. Stepping things up to the 4th level is pretty detectable, BUT not severe...the jump in intensity won't be unpleasant.

Minor Quibble: I don't like the way the Time display changes between the Elapsed Time as well as One Minute Countdown display during 6 second intervals. I really would like it to stay on the elapsed time display, which is easily fixed by pressing the lock button. So bottom line: not a biggie!

I am yet to use any of the programmed workouts. You see, I'm exercising at 72-82 RPMs for 30 minutes, varying the pedal resistance in between. I think that's good enough for a 55 year old guy who's trying to keep his body in good shape rather than build resistance. Everything has been pleasant about the Schwinn 220 Recumbent Exercise Bike, so I don't see any reason why the workouts would fall short of what it should deliver.

Overall, the Schwinn 220 Recumbent Exercise Bike is impressive. It sees very stout, comes with a solid feel to it, easy to assemble, and those are just to name a few. I'm more than pleased with my purchase. Hopefully, its excellent performance lasts for years!

Highly recommended!
